Regional Drama Festival

Each year the Regional Drama Festival Booklet contains a center page image that has been created by one of our students to reflect the Arts and be used as the background for certificates.

Students are invited to submit images reflective of the Arts to this year's competition.  For more information, please see the PowerPoint presentations below.

Heritage places poster contest

Each year the Heritage Foundation of NL has a poster contest to help recognize and celebrate heritage places throughout our province.

A heritage place is a place in our province that is important because of its connection with the past.  It can be a building or a place on the landscape - as long as it tells a story about a community's past.

Students can enter the contest by creating a poster of a heritage place in their community and preparing a written statement explaining why it is important.

Prizes are awarded at the Primary, Elementary, Junior High, and High School levels as well as an overall winner.

Deadline:  January 13th, 2017
