Faerie Door Project 2015

During the painting unit, the Art and Design 2200 students learned how to create rock paintings.  For this project, students first learned the history of the belief in faeries and faerielore of Newfoundland.  Students then painted faerie houses and faerie doors on rocks which will be on display at the Cupids Legacy Centre this summer.  The faerie doors will be displayed along a faerie path that will be constructed at the Cupids Legacy Centre.
