Faerie House Design Project
For their design project, the Baccalieu Collegiate Design and Fabrication 1202 students designed and built their own faerie houses based on bird house designs. For this project, students first learned the history of the belief in faeries and faerie lore of Newfoundland. Students' installed their projects on the school grounds and along a local walking trail in Old Perlican, at the end of the year where they were displayed throughout the summer and into the 2017-2018 school year.
